Please note that these products are all handmade, therefore no two are exactly the same. Wholesale inquiries are always welcome.
Payment
You can pay through onlinebanking maybank cimb bank or paypal. Please realize that your order will not ship until the money order is received or clears.
If payment is not made within 5 days or else the sale will be canceled, and appropriate feedback will be left.
Shipping
Below is the shipping rate based on area.
East Malaysia Rates:
- Below 0.5kg , RM 7.00 and additional 500g, Add RM4.00
Peninsular Malaysia Rates:
- Below 0.5kg , RM 4.50 and additional 500g, Add RM3.00
Refunds and Exchanges
We cannot accept return. There would not be any problems with our product but if the wrong product was sent or there is some other unforseen problem (subject to our discretion) then we may offer a replacement or refund if needed.

We use only the finest ingredients in our products, however, as with all personal care items, you should test the product on a small area and discontinue if irritation occurs.
